• A free 5-day trial is provided. If not canceled, the subscription will be billed automatically.
• There are no refunds. Cancellations do not result in prorated refunds.

• Use our platform for unlawful purposes.
• Scrape or copy data or content using bots or other automated tools.

5. Data Ownership & Usage

TrendgenixAI retains full ownership of its software, content, AI models, and outputs.

Users may use results for personal or business purposes, but redistribution or resale is prohibited.

6. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue.

8. Refund Policy

Due to our free 5-day trial, we do not offer refunds. No prorated refunds are issued upon cancellation.
